Laura understands estate planning, asset protection and navigating the loss of a loved one is more than ensuring the right documents are in place when they are needed, but a deeply personal process.

Laura understands that an estate plan is not one size fits all. Laura takes time with her clients to understand their family dynamics, asset structuring and intentions in order to ensure their estate planning and succession objectives can be achieved in the most seamless way possible.

Laura is committed to bringing peace of mind to her clients by providing a tailored, preventative approach, working in collaboration with clients, accountants and financial advisers. Laura guides clients through conversations which can feel overwhelming in a manner that is clear and concise, so her clients can move forward knowing their affairs are in order and their loved ones are protected.

Laura’s regularly assists clients who have loved ones with disabilities to navigate the difficult decisions surrounding their future care and financial stability. Laura focuses on ensuring vulnerable beneficiaries are well supported, without inadvertently jeopardising their disability support pension or Centrelink entitlements. Laura provides comprehensive guidance on the strict asset and income thresholds and management of protective trust options to provide peace of mind for those caring for a beneficiary with a disability, when they are no longer around.
